Facts – what is included and what is not
No empty words: below is what you get, what we have deliberately left out and what the AI never does. The limits are listed as clearly as the benefits.
This IS included
- Answers cited to literature, the Swedish Bookkeeping Council, the tax agency and statute law.
- 500+ bookkeeping controls customisable per company.
- SIE-4 and API integrations; bank and tax agency.
- AI closing with audit requirements and statutory outputs.
- Around the clock, fixed price, EU data storage.
This is NOT included
- Our own accounting system – we integrate with yours instead.
- A tax-return product and a sales AI – outside our parity, deliberately.
- Our own sales organisation in new countries – partner model first.
- A human back office behind the workflow – we are fully AI-owned, which is why we measure extra carefully.
The AI NEVER does this
- Guesses an answer without a source – it would rather say "I don't know".
- Writes to the books without your approval.
- Sends drafts to your customers before you approve them.
- Leaves the EU or passes sensitive data in clear text – the wash happens before the LLM call.
- Locks or deletes a period without cause and logging.
Note: we publish no percentage claims about time savings. Our metrics are at /matvarden together with the method – and they measure quality, not feeling.
